Membership

You can obtain membership of WOOYOUNGMI.COM by agreeing to the terms of use and privacy policy, and filling out the registration items in a certain form through the "JOIN" menu. Anyone who subscribes to the online mall will receive a 5% discount and 5% mileage benefits for the purchase of WOOYOUNGMI products. In addition, you don’t have to enter various information individually that must be entered when placing an order, and you will not only receive smooth A/S services for WOOYOUNGMI products, but also participate in events and various discount promotions.

Order Guide

Select the color and size of the desired product, add it to the shopping cart, and enter the delivery address before payment.

Exchange Guide

Exchange request can be accepted only once within 10 days of receipt of the product if the product is not damaged or used.
- Incorrect size and dissatisfaction with design or color: Exchanges are possible within 10 days of receipt of the product.
(There must be no damage to the product, and exchange will be made for the same price and the same product in principle).
• WOOYOUNGMI.COM will cover 100% of the shipping cost as well as the return delivery cost. When using other parcel service companies, however, the customer should bear the delivery cost.

Return Guide

How to request online return
1. Return requests are received on WWW.WOOYOUNGMI.COM Login > My Page > Order/Delivery/Return/Cancellation.
2. Instructions to collect the product are given to the parcel service company.
3. Please wrap the product with the Return Guide card enclosed.
4. Refund will be completed after collection of the product and inspection at the distribution center.
5. Refund of returned goods will take approximately 7-10 days from the date of collection of the product.

Return Policy

The policy is based on the provisions stipulated in the Consumer Protection Act for E-commerce, etc. The criteria for accepting returns are applicable only within 10 days of receipt of the product if the product has not been damaged or used.
Please note that returns are not possible in the following cases:
- If the product is lost or damaged due to the reasons attributable to the customer,
- If the value of the product is reduced by the customer's use or partial consumption.
- If the value of the product is reduced enough to make it difficult to resell over time.

Mileage

Anyone who subscribes to the online mall will receive a 5% discount and 5% mileage benefits for the purchase of WOOYOUNGMI products.
• Mileage is accrued when purchasing products at the WOOYOUNGMI.COM online mall.
• Mileage is accrued at the rate of 5% of the purchase amount and subject to change according to the standards set by the company.
• Accumulated mileage can only be used at the WOOYOUNGMI.COM online mall. (It cannot be used at department stores or directly managed stores.)
• Accumulated mileage can only be used by yourself, and cannot be transferred to others, including immediate family members.
• Accumulated mileage can be used up to 24 months from the last purchase date and will automatically expire after 24 months.
※ Expired mileage cannot be recovered. In addition, the company is not obligated to notify the person in question of the expiry of accumulated mileage.

Use of Mileage

• 1 mile is converted to 1 won, which can be combined with cash or credit card when purchasing products to pay in units of 1,000 points.
• When the accumulated mileage is used, the corresponding mileage will be deducted, and the mileage will continue to be accumulated for future purchases.
• The mileage of members can be accumulated, viewed and used on the company's online website. However, mileage accumulation and use may be temporarily restricted during the period when the company conducts a special discount event. In such a case, it will be announced through the website in advance.
• If a member withdraws or loses his/her qualification, the accumulated mileage will expire. Once it has expired, the mileage that cannot be restored.
• If mileage accumulation is omitted, you may contact the customer service center within 1 month of purchase with the proof of purchase (purchase receipt or credit card bill) for immediate mileage accumulation.
• If the company has unavoidable reasons to change the existing system in connection with the enactment, revision and abolition of related laws, the initiation or change of business alliances with other companies, or if there is unexpectedly rapid changes in the domestic and international business environment, the company may notify members 3 months in advance to change the detailed conditions such as mileage accumulation rate, the limit of allowance and period, or terminate the service.
• If the detailed conditions of the mileage system are changed or terminated, members may use the mileage acquired before the date of system change under the existing conditions within the period notified by the company but for a period of over 6 months from the date of system change, and the unused mileage within the period will be subject to the changed system or will expire.

• Requests for A/S services for WOOYOUNGMI online store products can be received at our service center. However, the service is applicable only to products purchased from the online store
※ In principle, the delivery cost for submission should be paid in advance, and the delivery cost will be paid by the company after completion of the repair.

• Quality Warranty Period: The quality warranty period for WOOYOUNGMI products is 1 year from the date of purchase.
※ In case of defects caused by the manufacturer's negligence (sewing, fabric, subsidiary materials), it refers to the period during which the customer can claim compensation (free repair, exchange, or refund) from the manufacturer.

Damage Compensation Policy / Consumer’s Negligence

• Defects in fabric, subsidiary materials and sewing: Free repairs within 1 year from the date of purchase / Exchange or refund at the purchase price if repair is not possible.
• If the product is damaged by the consumer’s negligence or deformed by poor washing, or the defect is found after the quality warranty period(1 year), the company will not be responsible for any compensation.
※ There may be some differences of opinion in the price calculation during the compensation process, so please submit the product purchase receipt.
• After the warranty period is over, compensation will be reduced in accordance with the damage compensation standards announced by the Ministry of Finance and Economy.
• Obvious product defects (Sewing defect, fabric defect, subsidiary material defect, size defect) will be handled by the customer service center.
※ There may be differences of opinion in the process of judging defects. In this case, if you request the customer service center to identify the cause, you will be informed of the decision of the customer service center or the results of review by the Korean Women Consumers Union.
• The Korean Women Consumers Union, a consumer organization that advocates consumer rights and interests, consults on clothing products in conflict every Wednesday and informs the client (customer or manufacturer) of the results every Friday. Upon the request of customers, our consumer counseling office provides a free consultation request to the Consumer Union.
